Take I-95 S and I-64 E to I 664.
Take exit 11A from I-664 S.
Merge onto VA-337 W/Portsmouth Blvd.
Continue to follow VA-337 W as it turns into Nansemond Parkway.
Destination will be on the right. The Gym is next to LIFE STORAGE. Pull into to LIFE STORAGE entrance.
From The South
Follow I-95 N to Exit 11A (US-58 E) in Emporia.
Continue on US-58 E.
Take the State Route 642/Wilroy Rd Exit.
Turn left onto Wilroy Road.
Turn left onto VA-337 E/Nansemond Parkway and travel 5.3 miles.
Destination will be on the left. The Gym is next to LIFE STORAGE. Pull into to LIFE STORAGE entrance.
